Here, a WC is equipped with a toilet cover fitted with airtight sealing thus assuring high pressure : when flushing, this high pressure makes it possible to propel the waste water in the bottom of the bowl towards the outlet, before the water from the cistern arrives at the bottom of the bowl.

Result : much less water is used (here, hardly 2 litres) and an excellent drainage.
